Fast Track Arnis is a sub-system of MA 80 (Modern Arnis 80). MA 80 is a complete system meaning that all aspects of the core system, Remy Presas' Modern Arnis, are included. MA 80 is a life pursuit. Fast Track Arnis is designed to train the student/instructor in the essence of arnis without going through the entirety of a particular system (in this case, MA 80). It is divided into two distinct phases. Fast Track Arnis is motion based and each of the two phases is based upon a particular set of motion templates.

Hello Mr. Anderson,
I recently ordered your Arnis Fast track DVD and book of basics (Modern Arnis - The Art Within Your Art). I deleted your email confirmation so I wanted email directly my feed back.
After 30 years of reading every martial arts book I could find I can say your Arnis presentation is the best I've seen. Not only is it clear and systematic but you add your real experiences and observations which make your material so much richer than the usual "here's how we do it" approach. The DVD is also amazingly well presented, I really like the consise lesson plan format. It makes a complex subject understandable. As my budget permits I will add all of your titles to my collection ( and actualy use the material to enhance my practice)

Since 1976 my activities have run the gamut of open tournaments, PKA kickboxing, NKF competition, training in Muay Thai. I am not traditional enough for the traditionalist and not modern enough for the eclectic MMA crowd. I think that is why I love your practical applications taught with a progressive, strucured format. Keep up the good work.

Got the fast track DVD yesterday. Fantastic stuff! I love the way the DVD is structured. Even more than that, I love the way the training program is structured! Very easy to follow and a great gradual progression between each of the lessons. Very motivational too. As soon as put in the player, I had to start swinging a stick! Definitely one of the best and most thorough instructional DVDs I've ever viewed. Brilliant!
